This is Tri-Life: The Movement to #SPEEDTHECURE

You feel it the moment you step in. This isn’t a club. It’s a movement.

Tri-Life exists for one reason: to #SPEEDTHECURE for cancer by inspiring ordinary people to do extraordinary things. No suits. No committee rooms. No “fun run” and forget it. We’re about real challenges, real people, and real impact!

Born on a mountain

In 2012, my stepdad lost his life to cancer. Twelve weeks from diagnosis to death. I did what a lot of people do, I signed up for a marathon. But that wasn’t enough. So, I added a London-to-Paris cycle. Still not enough. Then I put Kilimanjaro on the list.

And that’s when something incredible happened, my friends started saying, “I’ll do it with you.” By the time the year was done, nine of us ran the marathon, 40 cycled to Paris, and 30 stood on the roof of Africa. We’d raised £200,000.

Halfway down Kilimanjaro, exhausted and elated, someone shouted: “Jamie, what are we doing next year?” And Tri-Life was born.

Why we’re different

We’re not a corporate charity. We’re not here to guilt-trip anyone. We’re a fearless community of people who say yes when most people would say that’s impossible. We train together. We push together. We laugh together. And when the challenge bites, we carry each other.

The big “why”

Cancer casts a shadow over every single one of us. If you have the ability to do good, to push for the day when “it’s cancer “ is no longer a death sentence, why wouldn’t you? Imagine a world where families get years back together. Where medicine’s greatest breakthrough happens in our lifetime.

We can be part of that history, even if our part is just 0.1% of the effort that gets us there.
